A positive mind is grateful for what it already has and expectant for what it needs and wants. The positive mind is a happy mind. A happy mind is healthier and more creative. Your powerful, positive mind will literally attract good things to you. Crazy as it may seem, research proves that the best way to have this positive happy mind is to simply “be happy”. Practicing the art of happiness begets more happiness. Simplistic as is sounds, it is the truth. You may call it “faking it”, an “act of the will”, whatever you want, but it is so. Like attracts like, so you will begin attracting happy people and situations into your life. |
Task: Manifest Your Changes
Make a list of things you want. It can be as small as having a few moments of quiet to yourself, to something as large as becoming the next President of the United States. Dream big and write big. Then add steps to your goals that will move you closer to accomplishing them. Only add positives to your list and get excited about the possibility of every one of your wishes coming true. Throughout the process never go to the “but” place. If you start thinking about something wonderful and then add “but” and go down a negative path, you will sabotage yourself. You must keep your mind and your energy focused only on the positive and the possibilities. Then put the list in your journal and as you accomplish those goals be thankful and appreciative that you are able to accomplish anything you set your mind to.Hyp-Yoga Class for Step One:
